He went above and beyond to assist me, even marking shops on a map to help me find a crucial item I had forgotten. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impeccable, with a special mention for the comfortable beds and quality bathrooms. The convenient location, with easy access to nearby dining options, like The Singing Lamb Bar and Restaurant Alcazar, added an extra layer of convenience to my stay.
